Brilliant straw yellow in color, this Albarino has fresh aromas of lime, orange zest, apricot, and a hint of lychee fruit. It is vibrant on the palate with intense stone fruit flavors. Supple acidity lingers long into the elegant finish.
The grapes were picked by hand in the night to secure the quality. At the winery, the whole clusters were gently pressed with the Champagne press method. The juice was then chilled, settled, and racked. The fermentation was done in a stainless steel tank at cold temperature in order to retain the Albarino's fruit forward characters. The wine was aged on lees for 6 months before bottling.
